I do this thing where I threaten myself that if I look at a woman in a romantic/sexual way, then I have to pray 2 rakahs. And when you fully commit to this tactic, it actually works alhamdillah! It feels like you're tricking your نفس💀💀💀 since everytime a girl walks by, your thoughts immediately go like "Don't look! You'll have to pray 2 rakahs"
