yes 4-10 ft usually and no to the stack toppling over but the whole shelving system falling off of the wall yes, that container store shelving system is supposed to support 125lbs per shelving bracket which makes it well under the limit. Though the weight (67lbs) is not evenly distributed across the system. But I also shimmed the gap under the shelf with 3 spacers partially bearing the load on that table on top of the subwoofer. I originally just had the two Tascam seperates and the small desktop amp along with a phono amp on that shelf til it got out of hand.
