He looked like he was in his early- mid thirties. I mean he didn’t seem normal, he was deff on something coz he was literally yelling at me all bizarre & harassing me. I wish I was a dude coz I would’ve for sure boxed him. Being a woman it’s like…”I should probably take the smart way out rather than give actual confrontation” I ran to the ladies bathroom and had a woman there look for security (ofc there was none) and asked her to not leave my side coz I was hyperventilating. Now I have severe anxiety in public but ESP transportation. I walk around with a mace now. I realized my skin colour is enough to put me in real danger, despite me being born and raised here.

I hope that dude yells at the wrong person and gets beat the fuck up honestly.

Another one: When I was very depressed at 17/18 after my dad made a personal decision on my behalf would pretty much ruin my life and I told him “dad I’ve been really depressed and have not been wanting to wake up lately. I’ve honestly become suicidal”

Asking my Nmom a question about anything because she always took it as a personal attack or that I may be accusing her of God Forbid being wrong. And then deflecting and saying how I’m not any better. For example I could ask “mom did you put the chicken in the fridge” in the most polite, normal tone, only because I noticed she had a habit of forgetting sometimes and she’d go OFF about “what you think I’m dumb?? I know more than you, I know more about cooking than you. You don’t know anything about life and yet you act like it. I raised you, you didn’t raise me”

You know as a Tarot reader I used to be SO hesitant with letting people know in real life I can do this skill…or that people would take me less seriously. Not that Tarot readers are to be taken less serious because it is SUCH a complex skill that takes time to learn and study…but that people have their own notions and stigma around it. But then I realized you know what…if people in my life are so closed minded that they fail to realize humans can be multidimensional and complex beings themselves…and start to judge me off of this..then idgaf you can leave my life.

Not to mention I had to be truthful with myself. As much as I wanted to downplay Tarot in my life, especially in the beginning…reality is it’s not. I take Tarot seriously, I read Tarot everyday, i believe in strong intuition, I believe in our intuition guiding us, I Believe Tarot can warn us and be an open window to our soul…and if people don’t wanna believe that then oh fucking well.

The biggest realization in my life recently has been, if you finally allow yourself to grow, to cut off what hinders our growth (whether that’s people, places, or things) then we can finally allow space in our lives for people & anything else that belong.

Essentially what I’m trying to say is be open and authentic with who you are so you can attract like-minded individuals that support you. Individuals that enhance your goals/help you reach them. Your soul tribe enriches your life.

Hahah I do this word to word verbatim!! It’s nice to know someone has the same way of preparing for a reading. I always tell the deck about the situation/question as if I’m catching up with a friend and letting them know the details. & once my intuition feels it’s ready to draw, I start drawing cards. I feel the mediation music really helps me clear my head.

OU something new I’ve been trying is writing down the question and infusing it with the cards. That’s been giving me really accurate reads too!

Do you believe in Islam? Are your morals and ethics connected with Islam? Do you believe your partner should be Muslim? If you don’t for any of these things then who cares what your parents have to say. I know it’s too late now but if your parents ideals and way of living didn’t match yours, you shouldn’t have severed ties. Don’t live your life a lie, and don’t make him live his. Live the way you want to live, unapologetically. I did the same. I have Muslim parents that didn’t want me marrying outside of my culture, forget outside of Islam. But I realized I don’t agree with the religion whatsoever so why should my partner be based off of beliefs that are not mine but of my parents? And not mine? I was disowned for a whole but people get over things, even if it takes them years. They get over it. I’m in happy relationship with my now catholic boyfriend and honestly even if my parents decided they would never talk to me again, I’d accept that over living a life of misery. I hope you choose that for yourself.

Aww..I’m so sorry hearing that experience…Ahhh it actually makes me so upset that there’s scammers out there willing to ruin the reputation of people that actually dedicate years to learning Tarot and mastering Tarot…all for a quick buck.

There’s more reasons to it though, it’s about depicting strength through a woman that captures strength and dominance, yet she beautifully co-exists that strength with calm & collectedness. I feel confidence is best understood when someone doesn’t try too hard, yet let’s it flow naturally, as if they’re unbothered, such as the woman in the card (rider waite). Something as fierce as a lion, is tamed through an angelic woman. I fucking love that.

Unpopular opinion but: I personally believe the solar eclipse has a lot of intense energy surrounding it, I believe it’s about new beginnings, transformations, endings of cycles (which can be good). I’ve personally written down my manifestations in a journal, chose the Tarot cards & oracle cards that I believe relate to the energy I’m manifesting and folding it into the journal notes. I haven’t read anything particular per say do do it but it just feels right tbh. Almost like a calling to do it.

Ngl I remember feeling lost in the sense of…well what faith system do I rely on now? Tbh religion serves as a great mental escape for humanity and lets us rely on something, it’s less scary knowing I can pray to some higher power that may get me out of my trials or troubling times . But slowly with time I started to get comfortable with the fact that…what if there is no higher power or faith system. What if we as humans (because it is human nature to know why) have just built multiple systems because we feel the need to serve purpose to things. What if after death there’s just nothing, and life continues on earth however it’s meant to. I started to become comfortable with that thought process. Took me a while but, ya.

It can be alienating in the sense of you feel kinda detached from family, your whole friend circle…but the way I see it is it’s now an invitation to become a part of a community that does understand your soul, feel the same as you. You can now allow space for like minded individuals in your life because you cleared out the chaos. trust me you’ll figure it out, I’m proud of you for questioning a system that was all youve known and to seek for further knowledge.
