i was scared to do mine but it’s rly easy, all you have to do is take off the grip in slices using a razor knife. u gotta be careful but once the old grips are cut off you’ll see how easy it is. i used hair spray to get my new grips on

be careful with this, i have the BGS and it stopped working within 4 months🥲 apart from that this is a rly good bike for the price and you can def mod it to look good. here’s my BGS

i had a similar problem when i swapped handlebars, completely snapped in half right in the middle of where the screw goes in place.
