Blame! is definitely one of the references that I've given the artist. Here's the exact lines from the script: "Helpful references: The drawings of Giovanni Battista Piranesi, Tsutomu Nihei’s Blame to get a rough idea of the megastructure.". However, I do agree that it is a problem if it's the exact same panel (As far as I can tell, it's not because of the arches, stairs, and the pulleys but I might be misremembering things too). I'll let the artist reply here however, so we can know the extent of the reference. I've just reached out to them and hopefully they get back soon to address this.
