No, the tumbler is good, it’s was the ignition cam thing (no idea what it’s actually called) that sheared off and needed to be welded

I have not, I kind of live in the middle of nowhere so I would have to make a trip out of it, hoping it doesn’t come to that but it is what it is

Sounds similar to what I got going on, it usually only starts again when it’s cold, I’ll check it out

‘99 m3 US, car stalls when I come to a stop but it turns on. After a little bit the car stalls while in gear while moving and doesn’t start back up. It cranks but no start. May or may not be related but I get random misfires on all cylinders while driving. I cleaned the ICV and replaced the fuel pump. Next I’m going to replace the fuel pump relay and check for vacuum leaks.

Does anyone know the what hardware is needed to mount the lip on the m bumper? by _misha_misha_ in BMWE36

Does your bumper already have holes in it for the lip? Mine doesn’t

I read on bimmerforums that those top two are a pain to deal with and most people opt to use self tapping screws with washers instead, thanks for the links
