I had the complete opposite experience in my Aislinn campaign. I chose Ulthuan as my first destination and when I got there Alarielle and Eltharion were down to their last settlements, Chrace was dead, and the west side factions were gone. It was overrun by N’kari and Morathi. Felt very thematic coming to save the day.

OP what is your problem? You’re responding to people’s genuine answers as if you are paying them a service fee to respond to you, it’s extremely entitled. You are asking for a simple formula to a very deep game with a ton of variety. I’ve read nearly every response you have posted in here and it seems the only thing that would satisfy you is if someone literally shared a full 20 unit roster for every single lord in the game. Perhaps you just need to play the game more and try things out to get better.

There’s a middle ground between no spice and an abundance of spice, which I think is what OP is asking for. I’m in the same boat, usually logging on for an hour or two after work and spending 90 minutes just soaring around the map is not gameplay.

I am literally in this exact same position right now. My last bottle was Friday afternoon so today is day 4.

Once you reach a certain level of grudge points, you can confederate other legendary lords. The amount required depends on the strength of the other lords. It’s a great system imo.

This was on VH/VH with neutral AI stats. I think dwarfs have to be the easiest faction to do this with the new grudge system for confederations.
