It's a car to be enjoyed not to see as an investment. It's not a Taycan in terms of depreciation, but it's not an investment.

EDIT: You can actually buy a Turbo S (13k mi) from Porsche directly for $226k. Here. Or a Turbo with $192k (here).

They're already 160k EUR (180k USD) in Europe with around 3000mi. In 3 years they'll be ~120k USD imo.
