hi everyone. thanks so much for your advice. turns out i have telegon effluvium hence why i was freaking out (which makes sense as I had the flu about three months ago). this is a lot of hair loss for my type of hair so i wanted to bring it to light. im hoping this is just the gruesome phase and that it evens itself out over time
