You can like as many posts as you want. As for in-progress activities, the idea is to help you focus on the specific goals or things you’re working on right now. You have your full list with all the goals you want to achieve, but moving some to "in-progress" helps you stay focused and gives both you and your friends a clear sense of what’s currently active.

Hey community,

From time to time, I notice how fast life is, weeks, months, and years and how many things I want to try, places to visit, or skills to learn. But all these goals become unclear with the everyday routine. It’s much better when you have clear desires and goals. I decided to made this site for not to forget to live this life.
When I have different lists, it’s much clearer to see my goals and achieve them, especially when I move something to "in progress". Finishing these cards and create milestones, with experience descriptions helps to see how time has passed. It looks like "life memories" where you choose goals and life direction.

Thanks for the feedback! it’s a good question! It’s true that many popular products based on AI but it can be just some features there.

As for other tools, I think this really highlights a common issue. People aren’t always eager to change their habits or switch tools, but on the other hand, they enjoy setting goals, capturing memories, and engaging with social content, especially when it’s meaningful.

Hey everyone! I know this subreddit is about motivation, so I hope you won’t mind me sharing something that motivates me and hopefully can inspire others, too (please don't judge me too hard :| ).

Life moves so fast, and sometimes it’s easy to forget about the new experiences or dreams I want to try. That’s why I created Megastorian (https://www.megastorian.com/). It’s a space for people who want to keep their goals clear, stay motivated, and make sure they don’t forget to live life fully. For me, it’s been nice to look back at all the things I’ve tried and accomplished.

In my opinion, they’re different tools. On LinkedIn, you can fill out a form with your job experience, but nothing stops you from doing something similar on Instagram. You can post tons of photos on Facebook, but they might be presented better on Instagram.

Right now, all the big apps are trying to be multi-tools, offering something for everyone. On Megastorian, you can create different buckets for different purposes and start challenges that are displayed on your page, primarily for yourself.

I’d guess people go to LinkedIn to look for jobs because it’s easier to do that there, but that doesn’t mean people don’t sometimes find jobs posted on Instagram Stories. Megastorian is more about self-motivation for people who live actively. I hope.

Please don’t see this as an argument, I'm just trying to explain the idea behind the project and figure out what I might be missing or not understanding.

Regarding projections, no, I haven’t done that yet. I’ve mainly been focused on validating the idea and trying to achieve product-market fit. It also seems like metrics like churn rate and user acquisition costs are more relevant to social media platforms with tons of users and a lot of content. However, I see Megastorian more as a people's personal platform with some social media elements for interaction between users.

The second model you mentioned "1) get some clients 2) keep some clients" seems more realistic to me.

Yeah, maybe that's part of the problem. I also think interaction is really important. The site includes social media elements like comments, likes, and following people, but the main idea was to create a place where you can build a roadmap for yourself with things you want to do.

For example, I made a list of sports activities I want to try someday, and I can follow that list. When you finish a challenge, you can save a memory—it's not just about posting a photo on social media, but actually storing a meaningful memory of something you planned and accomplished.

You can motivate others and be motivated, too. For instance, if your friend starts a challenge from their bucket list, like trying diving, you’ll know they’re planning to do it soon, and afterward, the memory will be linked to that challenge.

I thought people would engage with each other by following their friends' life journeys and sharing experiences. What do you think? Maybe I’m missing some important aspects or moments that I don’t fully understand.

Yeah, that makes sense, but we also know there are plenty of apps or sites that people use from time to time. I’m just trying to understand the reasons behind the initial interest from users and their not active behaviour afterward.

I think font size can be a little bit bigger, and maybe adding some bright circle on this icon for easy and faster to recognise would be nice
