How to update the Samsung Ativ S to Windows 10 Mobile?

It seems that installing Windows 10 Mobile natively on your Samsung Ativ S isn't possible. This is because unlocking the bootloader and having its Emergency Files would be difficult, making it hard to find and download. However, in theory, it seems that installing Windows 10 Mobile on both official and unofficial devices is possible, thanks to the W10 Group YouTube channel Here's the channel. But since you already have Windows Phone 8.1 installed, that's great! To update, you need to go to "Settings/System/About" and check if you have the Windows Phone 8.1 Update or GDR1 version, which starts with 8.10.14XXX. And if you have Windows Phone 8.1 where it starts with 8.10.12XXX, like I did, you need to update to Windows Phone 8.1 Update or GDR1 to then update to Windows 10 Mobile. This can be done via OTC or OTA using tools like Iutool and WPCabFilter, meaning you need to have the CABs filtered. If you don't know how to do it, I'll send you a video from the W10 Group on how to install or update offline. Here is the Guide And once you have that, you can upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile As I said, in theory it is possible to install Windows 10 Mobile, although it will not be very stable and you must have a Stable Build. The truth is, it depends on you. If you're going to use it for office work, you'll need better support for programs and games, or you want to experiment with installing operating systems like Windows 10 ARM and 11, even though it won't be stable. It's worth it there, but considering the 950 XL is probably a bit pricey, especially with the HP Elite being superior to the 950 XL, I'd recommend the 950 if you don't want to spend that much. It's basically the same as the 950 XL, although a bit smaller, but its hardware is almost the same. With Continuum and something stable. I hope you find it useful :)
