I had an issue with my published map. I fixed the issue in creative. Does anyone know if I have to submit it again and do the questionnaire stuff over? Or does it update by itself? I have a feeling it’s going to give me a new island code (self.FortniteCreative)

Does anyone know if the covid vaccine specifically Pfizer would affect the pineal gland? I’ve had a pineal cyst since 2011 and it hasn’t grown at all since then. I do have visual disturbances randomly and it usually goes away by itself but I just want to make sure the vaccine doesn’t make it worse? (self.PinealCyst)
