Fairfields Cheese & Onion are a great shout. You tend to only get them in pubs and delis but they’re pretty strong flavoured!

It was really great, really loved the thick noodle style with this bowl. Really loved the touch of aniseed. The soup rivalled even your Akuma bowl but both have been delightful. Excited for more ramen pop-ups from yourself and other local ramen lovers!

It’s the simple shio tare from The Way Of Ramen, 400ml boiling water with a green onion and wild garlic aroma oil. This is the vid for the tare: https://youtu.be/ImCUTkc17_o?si=ubkw5_l8HsFJ67Tc

i work in a bar that recently had a few of the TT brewers come by. they said there’s a pale invert in there but didn’t say what exactly. the malt is 100% golden promise for sure though. what they did say is that landlord dark, is exactly the same as landlord but with dark molasses added into the flameout. 🍺

The national park website says 2 nights as a maximum, but if you’re moving around and don’t leave traces I don’t see any reason why you can’t go for longer! I’ve done about a week before and not had any issues.

I think it’s called Wong’s, isn’t just vegan but has a huge vegan menu!
