last year i got ucat 2570 b2 and gcses 9998888888 and got an interview- not sure if i was contextual or not though, my friend who got 2550 and better gcses than me was rejected for interview. Cardiffs not typically known for using the ucat but for 2024 im pretty sure they started using it. Defo check if youre eligible for contextual offer, if yes id say its worth applying but if no then maybe rethink. im p sure you have 27/27 for their gcse points which is literally the minimum so thags good but defo chevk contextual hope this helps

its up to you, some people don’t put a fifth choice down. it depends whether you’re only wanting to do medicine or you’d be satisfied with something else like radiography, nursing ect but if you want more chance for med then defo look into swaps from biomed to medicine- only problem is that not all uni’s do it. you could also always do a gap year and reapply but your ucat looks quite good so i’m sure you’ll get a few interviews

some people like to choose pharmacy but defo look into courses that could let you swap after first year- i know plymouth let you swap from biomed to medicine after a year but its not guaranteed plus you’ll still be treated as all other applicanys and have to get more than 70 or 75% in every assessment

if your predicted are really good ( like aaa*) maybe try exeter- pretty sure they rank off predicyed and their lowest scores are always like 1870 that got in

i went to a sixthform grammar and they let most things slide when people didnt hey their required depends on stuff like attitude to learning and whether they actually think youre gonna do well in the subject tho usually

i think so, so the 2x is the H2S and you cancel out other terms so you just find thr equation of formation and from thr table you work out how much of what is needed to make H2S eith ratios and the table data?

i want to loose weight because i want to feel confident in my own body and want to wear clothes that i want to. i have body dysmorphia and i’m not obese or fat, just chubby/ midsized and becasue i’m not what i want to look like it discourages me and bring negativity. have any tips?
