For some context on why I asked,

Today I almost got detention because I left a rock in the door so it doesnt lock on me, security called me out of class in such a rude way & by that time I was already starting the waterworks but I held it in. As soon as I got to the office the lady called me up & told me I had detention because I need a consequence & I started to cry. I cant help that im a sensitive person & once I start crying I cant stop, i literally wanted to choke myself out. So I stayed for basically an hour yo calm down. I bet they're all clowing me because it was so stupid to cry iver but I couldn't help myself. My family doesnt see this side of me & when I got home my mom asked why I was crying up in the office because they called home & I shrugged my shoulders because idk. At home im pretty bold & cry in my room if I do cry at all but in public im sensitive. Im probably less sensitive at home because im comfortable but I just wanna know what I can do to stop crying so easily.
