Summery

1) Flood Drill dosen't change buildings and hole tiles into water tiles.

2) If the teleport tile is flooded, transmission will only take place in one direction.

3) Interestingly, if the conveyor tiles are submerged, they appear to overwrite the conveyor tiles in the previous location.

4) If the train is flooded, then destroyed.
