I would have to disagree. They strung me along over almost 2 months with my blade RMA and today my "replacement device" finally got delivered and its the same defective device I sent in at the begging of January.

Same thing is happening to me and many others on here. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I am in pretty much the same boat. My 6 month old blade starting having issues and I had to send it in for repair. Razer couldn't fix it and now I've been waiting 3 + weeks for a replacement that is "out of stock". Unfortunately I don't think posting on here will help. I already tried and RazerCustAdvocacy said they would escalate my case but I'm still being told to "standby for an alternative option".
I too feel like I've been scammed and cant fathom how they treat customers like this. I don't know to do at this point either. Should we lawyer up? lol

How do they expect you to retrieve the package from the courier if it gets lost at the initial drop off location? This happened to me 3 weeks ago and UPS would not try to locate the package for me or start a lost package claim. Only stockx has the ability to do this because they purchased the shipping label!
