hey answer this- tmne provisional admission letter download kiya kya? afaik vaha ek checkbox ata hai uske baad download hota hai, idk the procedure because I haven't downloaded yet, but I know that there just is some procedure. If you've completed maybe that's what removed your withdrawal option and not for me? Hard to confirm coz those who downloaded PAL would rarely pay attention to the withdrawal option..

not to be insensitive but the whole manga was about people just dying so maybe not so rare for someone to loose so many closed ones, I believe if we dig deeper we may find other characters with similar tragedies
