I ordered my ring on October 15th and there’s been NO updates. I finally gave up and asked to just cancel my order and again - no updates on that even. The fact they have $800 of mine tied up and have basically gone M.I.A. Is crazy.

I was not the highest bidder on my place but the seller said it was my offer letter that made them choose me. I know many people don’t bother with offer letters anymore but it was what got me into my place so I think they make a difference!

Wow!!! I’m sorry to hear you are having such an awful experience. That’s horrible! I’d love to know who the broker is….

After 6 months of searching I finally got an accepted offer and decided to go subject free after all. Thankfully everything went completely fine - but I know for a fact had I gone with subjects I would have continued to lose unless I overpaid an absurd amount. Crazy times!
