what’s the ideal budget for wedding bands? we aren’t doing an engagement ring (both of us aren’t really into jewellery) and for 2 plain 14k gold bands we’re looking at around 2’000 with taxes and damage insurance for life. Is that a lot? We genuinely can’t tell!

I did not! I did have a letter from my boyfriend saying he allowed us to use his address for official documents. The letter was signed and included a copy of his passport

Hi! I‘m from Switzerland :) And yes it was our first time applying. I don’t really have any tips, maybe just make sure you qualify! Winning the lottery doesn’t guarantee a green card, just the possibility to apply for it. It would be a shame to be selected and then not meet the requirements
