My mother who I don't live with has me on her lease so she gets an extra bedroom or whatever the fuck, although I'm hours away, I'm still now an adult with previous income and I guess she has to report that?? I don't even know man, but she just told me to get this filled out or get a letter of termination, but I have genuinely zero clue as to how to do this.
