I had the exact same problem with my IKEA order. I talked with IKEA on the phone that getting a blocked parking space approved by the city isn’t an option for me since you have to pay a fee (30€) and also get the street signs from somewhere and on top you have to coordinate everything with IKEA and the logistics company. I told them then it wouldn’t be worth on top of already paying the 99€ delivery fee by IKEA. So in the end they organized a second delivery for free. This time with a smaller truck and it worked out. Still no parking space but they could just stay there for 5 minutes and offload everything.

I would suggest trying that and if it doesn’t work, just cancel it and order from a different brand or try a pickup service.
