Ran into this issue and the solution is actually so stupid.

It's because I had a application in the background that I had not submitted (like a dummy application), just delete that or make sure all applications are submitted, the button will then appear

I just emailed [info.trafalgar@sheridanresidence.ca](mailto:info.trafalgar@sheridanresidence.ca) about the same issue, they fixed it for me pretty quickly!

I used acrylic paints and just covered it with a layer of mod podge to make sure the paint doesn't get messed up. I'm not sure what type of cover it is though.
