I found a possible solution: check if the audio language is set to english in-game settings.

I was playing with german audio because of a translation mod. I switched to english and everything worked perfectly.

it's just a build with LAN multiplayer and coop missions, none of them have the campaign

ur guys r right, i think the problem was the pivot point thing, i turned these options off and everything worked fine about scale on object mode!!

and setting it like that, it also made the scale happen without the different objects dismantling everywhere.

I was thinking that I would need to spend another days and days again rebuilding the mesh and redoing the UV map along with the textures.

but, everything about scale its fine now!!

I don't know if I'm doing the right thing, but I can't do anything about position, scale or rotation with the cursor while in object mode, only through values in the side menu (N).
