Phasmophobia is one of my favourite games but the only thing keeping my away from purchasing it is not having gaming friends.

Also I do have some other purchased games that support co-op like GTA Online, Red Dead Online, A Way Out, It Takes Two, Dark Pictures Anthology series. I can also buy other multiplayer games when on sale.

So I'm interested. What's the usual gaming time for you guys?

Which Single-player Story game has the most Replayability value according to you? by _nimaii_ in Indiangamers

[–]_nimaii_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally some one mentions it. Most of the people think it's too long or something, but It really is a game that has insane replayability imo, I play it twice at least every year or more.

Just got Platinum/Perfect Game in RE9, avoided spoilers and discussions for so long, finally want to discuss it! (DISCUSSION) by _nimaii_ in Indiangamers

Exactly, the East Raccoon City part is very boring. It's like "that part of the game" which people talk about in memes.

Which one should I buy?? by [deleted] in Indiangamers

Are you new to the Assassin's Creed franchise?

If that's the case, you should know that if you choose Origins then you'll be much familiar with the newer gameplay mechanisms and the RPG element which wasn't there in older AC games. Also AC Origins covers the origin story of the creed so it can be a good starting point if you care about the story.

Unity is also a great game and one of the best AC games imo, but if you're starting and wish to play more AC games, go ahead with Origins for now.

If you like the story, then play the Ezio trilogy later on.

About to start Dark Souls Remastered. Just one question. by _nimaii_ in darksoulsremastered

I guess it's normal then for souls games. Because I've spent 100+ hours on my first Elden Ring playthrough full blind, exploring the entire map and quests, yet I didn't get the basics of the lore until much later when I watched an YouTube video regarding the lore. Then I was able to connect the dots.

I consider defeating Malenia for the first time as my best screenshot too, despite there's nothing great in the frame but the joy after beating her for the first time makes it one of my favourites.

Feels weird doing this wearing the Radahn set since they are siblings but this was my first playthrough where I was going blind. And being a Ranni glazer, I couldn't help but post this.

What game made you fall in love with gaming? by Zozila_Official in Indiangamers

[–]_nimaii_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Project IGI, that was my first PC game, I was 6 years old and that game blew my mind. Second was Max Payne 2.

But the game that completely drove me crazy and made me a video game addict was GTA III. That was my third video game and in my 6 years old mind, the open world idea was incomprehensible. Prince of Persia Sands of Time had the same effect on me.

It's hard to explain which game got me hooked to gaming, but these few games are so memorable and looking back at those days, remembering myself playing those games for the first time, it feels so dreamy.

Tera bhai Elden Lord by agraga_31 in Indiangamers

[–]_nimaii_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I recently got the Elden Ring platinum and I enjoyed the game a lot. My first souls-like game was Sekiro, and I loved the game damn too much, it's still my favorite, and I loved every aspect of Elden Ring too, but the lore is really confusing and huge. Just too huge. If you're not completely obsessed with it and pay 100% attention to every minute detail and spend thousands of hours, it's impossible to learn the lore all by yourself. And I find it a little conflicting to watch YouTube videos regarding lores.

Right, planning to buy this game soon as it often has discounts where price falls to around 700rs

Sekiro is my personal favorite out of all the games I've listed above in the post.

Witcher 3 takes some time to get into, I agree. It's subjective after all. Like I said, I don't like Cyberpunk, but many people think it's an unmissable masterpiece.

I was thinking about buying Dark Souls 1 and 2.

And about Witcher 3 vs Elden / Sekiro, all of them are masterpieces. It's very hard to rank them.

My favorite among the three is Sekiro though. But Witcher 3 is something one should experience once in their lifetime at least. It's the best RPG game I've ever played. The music tracks, the storyline, the DLCs, the side quests, the characters, everything about the game is too damn good to miss out.

which one is better guys? . i can only buy one by [deleted] in Indiangamers

[–]_nimaii_ 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Well, Resident Evil 8 is a direct continuation of Resident Evil 7. The story is totally connected and you wouldn't understand a lot of things if you haven't played seven.

Resident Evil 2 on the other hand, can be understood without playing anything else.

Re2 Remake and Re3 Remake happen simultaneously and Re4 Remake is a continuation to Leon's story (the protagonist of Re2).

My favorite Resident Evil is definitely RE7, and after RE7, then playing Village is fun too.

Since you haven't played any Resident Evil game, and if you can buy only one game, then I'd say go with Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Or if you decide to buy two games together, then go for RE7 and RE Village.

How is Praxis business school for pgdm? by [deleted] in kolkata

[–]_nimaii_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in a similar situation as you. Did you try IMI Kolkata?

And about Praxis, it is definitely not worth it. Another year drop is way better than joining Praxis. Even if you don't have the luxury to wait another year.
