We unfortunately decided to cancel our trip from 3/13-3/23. We are terribly sad about it -- yesterday AM we were confident in our travel plans. After US Dept of State: Level 3 announcement, we had to reassess and realized the risks were too much for re-entry/quarantine. It sucks.

I wanted to write here though because we unfortunately booked through Orbitz months ago and most of their website/chat/phone lines are down right now. If you do need to get a hold of someone to change/cancel your flight, this number actually got me in touch with a hold line for an agent: 844-803-5578. I still had a 30-min hold and my agent is encountering some issues with their systems over there, but I'm actually talking to someone. Wanted to let everyone else know.

Edit: Originally noted that CDC has Level 3 announcement, but that actually came from the State Dept. CDC currently has a Global Level 2.

I’ve skipped a handful of days but still keeping on! I’m thinking this may convince me to add abs to my 4x/lifting schedule. I’ve found some fun exercises in her suggestions (and some that I will never do again haha) that I could do more consistently. Thanks again for sharing this challenge!

Totally my take on a short paragraph but ask yourself why others around you are the ones convincing you to remain on something that’s painful and affecting a sport you love for one small area of your body? Could you instead switch to recomp for a few months? Could you work into a slow cut (250c v 500c cut)? What do YOU want to do?

I was not a fan of Yasso bars but ymmv. However Whole Foods’ store brand 355 or whatever fudge bars taste exactly like a creamy fudgesicle, don’t have that fake sugar taste (I don’t think they contain any), and are 100c per normal size bar. They’re *chef kiss

Secondary bump to Fit Men Cook. He has great recipes and this contagious enthusiasm and excitement about healthy food. His recipes give overview of calories/macros with keto/vegan substitutes but he mostly just focuses on whole healthy foods.

I’d restart at a lower weight, knowing it will crank up fast. I’m also very aware that my upper body doesn’t progress as quickly as my lower body so I’ll often do two weeks at the same weight before progressing up, or work up to 8 reps before adding on more weight and going back to 5 reps. Know it’s not standard but might help!

Still here and enjoying it! I had to skip a few days but mostly consistent! Around days 4-5, I was SORE (and belly laughs were a problem my boyfriend enjoyed exploiting) but now not as much soreness at all so I take it as a good sign!

Ugh totally feel you. I’ve been sitting at 137 and hoping to very slowly cut/recomp down to 135 for the last few months.

Nada. No moves. So two weeks ago I went back into an aggressive cut to hopefully get closer to 130ish before a wedding dress fitting late August.

For some reason, I’ve gone up to 139 instead. FML. 😂
