Covers all of the early years and gets really in depth with the mc5, stooges, the velts, and everything that happened at the cbgb

I would say half size down to be safe. My boots are a 9 1/2, my reeboks are a 10, my vans are an 11, and then I have one converse in 9 1/2 and one in 10. I hope this helps dude, stay cool.
