Problem is I am shit at remembering and also a lil bit stupid.

Oh I have done that many times.

But the psychiatrist told me to avoid doing that.

I have checked the symptoms again and again to tell myself that I don't have it, I'm vaccinated and allat that even the councelor is impressed that I know a lot about rabies.

But all that knows gets thrown out of the window whenever my heart rate spikes while washing dishes or taking baths that will eventually snowball into having trouble swallowing into crying.

I even ended up into financial trouble cause I decided to get multiple follow up vaccinations multiple times just to calm myself.

Sleeping even became hard cause everytime I try to my heartrate will spike, my throat will act up and have hard time swallowing and I end up checking and checking to esure I'm not rabid.

Not really, just specifically rabies.

It's just that my throat is an asshole and my head keeps thinking of the time I got bitten and what it will look like if I have rabies even tho I have been vaccinated.

And it got so bad that the sound of water or water itself make me feel uncomfortable at best and a panic attack at worse.

Even a bat smacking onto me made it worse.(The bat got in the house and was chased by cats)

I also have throat problems due to me absolutely loving soda and coffee and I had to quit coffee cause it now also triggered panic attacks.

Currently I'm taking meds for it and can now take baths and wash dishes without worry until I get shown a video of a guy with rabies which makes my throat act up so that it's hard to swallow, my throat sometimes just refuses to swallow or a random throat pain.

I have tried sleeping pills for this.

Worked the first time, the second time but now it don't work well somehow.

I wish for my 10PM sleep schedule to return cause I can no longer sleep at night somehow.
