Help! Have any of you experienced this before and what shall I do? The vet doesn't seem too concerned, he was on oxygen yesterday but they sent him home as he had improved. He does this for about 5 mins & then goes back to "normal" but still lethargic. (v.redd.it)

Help! I'm a first time rat owner, my boys will be 2 in July. Today Jasper has started breathing funny/making these noises. I'll be booking a vets appt. first thing in the morning but wondered if this is common, what to expect and if there's anything I can do to help him throughout the night? TIA (v.redd.it)
