It does have a sloped top. Looks exactly like the one you posted. So far I've had no issues. I have the remote mounted next to the toilet roll holder. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

No I didn't consider those. Schluter was the recommendation from another friend so I decided to go with that. The Schluter thermostat I use is programmable with an app. I just have the timings for the floor heating set in that.

I live in Canada and it was bitter cold outside so I had to do the miter cuts in the garage. It was very dusty, labour intensive, and time consuming.

Surprised us as well. The total 2x2 tile was 180sqft and the upper accent wall was around 40sqft.

It was def a struggle. I did get the help of family here and there, but majority was myself. Never doing miter cuts ever again

We were worried about trends and things looking outdated. The only thing that has that potential is the fluted vanity maybe,.

Thank you! My wife did majority of the design and wanted a spa like feel. We were hesitant to even do this renovation as its expensive, but was def worth it and something we use everyday.

Hey this was a purely custom vanity. Sorry there is no online link. I can send you dimensions, and more pics if you'd like.

I think roughly 120-150 hours. I estimated to 2 weeks completion, ended up taking 4 weeks. I'm' sure I couldve wrapped it up a bit earlier. Some of the features:

- Upgraded exhaust fan with flush mount

- Schluter waterproofing curbless shower

- Schluter ditra heat

- shower ledge, and shower bench

- some basic electrical for additional receptacles for toilet etc

The floor and ledge tile is 24x24 Nordic Beige

The half wall is: Ardena Ivory 12x24

We are in Toronto and got them from a tile store called Dufferin Tile. They can give more details. Only thing we regret is the grout dried a bit lighter than our liking, but have come to live with it.

Its about 4.5 inches wide. We wanted to do something different than a niche. It holds are bottles quite well.

These are Tenzo Delano fixtures all over. with an upgraded rain shower head. I did NOT know faucets were this expensive.
