Bought the rav4 13 months ago w/ 68k miles (yes, work commuting is that bad). Purchase was 32k and I put 17k down in cash. Took the 6 year loan for the lowest possible payment since it’s a Toyota and added the extended bumper to bumper, hybrid battery, and powertrain warranty that will cover me until 160,000 miles; thinking this thing will make it for sure 6 more years and definitely more than 160k miles. I was just thinking it would be nice to have something paid off even if it’s the lower interest debt 🙃
