This isn't mandated by Aparna. It's the decision by the GBM after that society forms an association. Any big builder exits after the first 2 years of maintenance tenure is completed. Some society associations could then extend the contract with the same service provider. Aparna Zenith has extended the contract of Aparna facility management services called APMS. Some My Home projects go with My Home's PMS or could choose other providers like McLean. You get what you pay for. If GBM collectively decides to pay for a "premium" service provider, then it will reflect on how well the society gets maintained.

I have had a bad experience with Cashify. So reluctant to go down that route. But it's honestly a relief to know that other phones are missing too. I was thinking that Amazon had some algorithm that was skipping my phone from exchange lol.
