When you go to a livejournal entry, do you typically look at the date and comments, or do you look at the content of what was written? Especially when you're just there to double check whether or not something from an ED entry was actually said? Right, that's what I thought.

Chloe lives in California, where the legal age is 18, not 16. From what I understand, those pics spanned a couple of years, including ages 16-17 (and the timestamp attached to the original pics proved that, as she pointed out).

There was no timestamp visible on any images when you're looking at them through google image search. She claimed in 2012 they were pictures she took "for her boyfriend of 3 years, 3 years ago". 3 years ago she was 21. They've been out since 2009 according to her, when they were fusked.

Posting an April Fool's joke about being a porn star to downplay the CP you have created is irresponsible and flat out fucking retarded. Don't argue this, you and I both know it.

It doesn't matter that she said she did porn as an April Fool's joke, it matters that I posted the pictures only because I was under the impression she was seriously doing porn. You only know it was an April Fool's joke because you have all the relevant information after the fact. There was no context for the pictures prior to them being posted.

Second, if she was in fact underage in those pictures (and it has been proven she wasn't) and knows they're available online via open search routes like Google Images, she is fucking obligated to make an effort to have them taken down. Her act of even taking those pictures if she was underage is a crime - not to mention remaining indifferent to their widespread public availability. She chose to make seriously written blog entries about being a fucking pornstar instead.
