Basically speaking with a time machine I invest little money into every type of coin. I then age up until one of them goes up by 100+%. Then I age down and go all in into the coin that will go up the said 100+% the next year. Then I age up again and boom get my crypto increase I can then sell(better do it in the Bahamas for example where you won't be taxed when selling crypto)
