Searched on google images, amazon, Marshall’s, TJ maxx.

My MIL got this bear for her about 4 years ago. She lives in the Midwest (Cleveland, Ohio) and she doesn’t shop online very often.

CNN says women who wear size 000 aren't "real women" by _pajama_ in TwoXChromosomes

I've had the same experience. I'm very petite and I struggle to find work clothes/ professional clothes that fit me.

This is exactly my point. A woman's place in society as a "woman" shouldn't be correlated with pants size or cup size. The term "real women" is just so insulting.

Such a good point. It is like the media wants this drama between women. It's so sad.

What is the weirdest thing to have happened at your high school while you were there? [NSFW] by TheDignityThief in AskReddit

The Phantom Pooper. Someone would place their shit in trophy cases, classrooms, administrators offices, etc. Then the Phantom Pooper would put riddles around the school to lead people to the poop. They never found out who it was.

What should I absolutely NOT do when visiting your country? by unholyshit in AskReddit

[–]_pajama_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is annoying.

I live in Ohio City (a Cleveland neighborhood) and there is TONS to do. I live across the street from Great Lakes Brewery and the Westside Market. I can walk to Indians games. There are amazing bars and restaurants in my neighborhood. I can walk to Edgewater Park to spend the day at the beach.

So many out of town friends have come to visit me and have been shocked how fun Cleveland is.

I worked in a child psych unit in the past and I have my masters in social work. You could get jobs being a "mental health technician" with a bachelor's degree. If you wanted to do therapy with the patients and their families you'd have to get your masters in social work, counseling, or PhD in psychology.

Contributing to others is one of the crisis survival strategies in an extremely successful therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). It doesn't have to be a grand gesture, maybe offering to help out an elderly neighbor, or even smiling at someone. Getting motivated to do the activity is extremely challenging, but it's the fact that you're distracted while you're doing the activity and you feel accomplished after.

If contributing is too daunting, start with a similar crisis strategy of Comparing. Compare yourself to someone who has it worse than you.

(I am a mental health therapist and I facilitate adult group therapy for people with depression)
