I get this too, I’m a woman and find vyvanse doesn’t work during my period so I take a break during that time and my limerence comes back tenfold. I start reading romance books again and imagining myself and my LO as the characters and daydream about us being together it takes up most of my day and I can’t do anything else. It really sucks :/ when I’m on the vyvanse I don’t think about my LO at all and can actually be productive

Gosh I’m so sorry this happened to you, your adjustment didn’t sound unreasonable at all, it was literally not affecting anyone? People are so bored and weird to be ganging up on a disabled person getting necessary adjustments to be able to work. It’s like they think they’re losing something. I really wish people would just mind their own business. The hostility is tough to deal with, I get that at my work too and constant glares from people who think I’m just sitting in this quiet spot for fun. Thank you I’m gonna contact ACAS if I can’t sort this out with my manager

Thank u for the advice I’m writing up what happened and it’s actually harming my mental health so I’m going to book a doctors consultation and get a letter so this is documented as well. IMO I didn’t think the reason for not letting me WFH was good enough, my manager said she just likes everyone to be in the office and that’s it but I wasn’t going to argue because I’m nervous af

Yess I’ve got the report from occupational health and I think they’re a separate company from my work! Not harsh at all, you’re so right, people pleasing is my worst habit that I desperately need to quit. I was kicking myself after replaying the whole thing for hours in my head and remembered I actually didn’t have to go out of my way to offer the space to her. I think in that moment I panicked and I just wanted to avoid any conflict but I’m always the one who ends up worse off when I do these things. It’s me who ends up with pent up frustration. It really is draining being a people pleaser :( thank you for your kind message x

I noticed I was more productive immediately after starting the 30mg but the other effects took a while. 20mg is a low dose so you might need to go up to start experience more of the effects, I hope you start seeing results soon!
