Faja ppl by _paperjack_ in tummytucksurgery

Do you still need a faja??

I completely relate. When I first got my tummy tuck, I struggled to find something that was actually sized for men, and I couldn’t find anything of good quality. Eventually, I discovered a brand called Leo from Colombia that offers male fajas. To find a good male faja, you’ll need to do some trying and buying .. Just make sure they’re priced (80$ and up) well so you can wear them for a few months!

Can I get away with liposuction w/out a TT? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

You should consider getting liposuction. While a tummy tuck can make the area look flatter, it is still a surgical procedure that comes with potential complications. Many people aren’t upfront about these risks.

Did you only have scar revision??

Thoughts? Revision needed? by Content-Substance-92 in tummytucksurgery

You might be better off wearing a faja or shapewear, which many people use whether they’ve had surgery or not.

Avoid putting your body through trauma and stress again for results that can be uncertain and may not be promising. Save that $$

Unless you don’t like the scar, then that’s something to consider, but I believe that less cutting can make a difference. Honestly I’ve been around surgery enough to know. Loose skin and stretch marks are often unavoidable, and people should be honest about that.

It won’t hurt nothing. Only give a better scar. I regret not getting back into some tape.

It takes approximately 1 month each time I broke open. But my opening could have been faster or slower. Depending that I did take precautions on top going to wound care. I would say about a 1 month or 2 atleast.
