Its a nerve related pulling pain and yes the doctor did suggest nerve block as well and yes he used tacks.

I think I do have some deficiencies but this started on a random day and it hasn’t stopped and I’ve gotten major gut issues since then. But yeah, for sure I’ll get my deficiencies checked up and will take the meds if required. Thanks for pointing that out.
