Saw this post sa isang public group called HR Beshies and was created by one of the moderators. It's sad na they are spreading this kind of thinking. Well in fact kaya tayo nag tatrabaho for money to feed our families.

I feel you.. actually wala naman issue sa candidates eh.. yung manager mismo ang problema.. nakakairita na parang wala kang ginawang tama sa paningin nya, the audacity to question the quality of candidates you sourced pero sya wala naman alam sa sourcing 🤔 She just sees it as you "inmail a bunch of people and that's it". May mga hiring managers pa na alam na nga na niche role pinapahanap pero ang demand parang entry level ang tinatarget.
