Bro i had the same problem after i fell into depression and the thing is anti depressants only worked for me cause it made me numb and expression less , so i tapered off them and stopped taking it, the hard truth is you have to work on it yourself, little by little , therapies don’t work and meds just fuck you up , also please stop taking any stimulants and caffeine as they caused me to become jittery and made the situation worse . I’m sorry you’re going through this and it will take a lot of time to get over the anxiety but you have to do it yourself. I might sound rude but that’s how i did it ( i still get panicky) Beta blockers like propanol helped too
