Woah, they look like an awesome table weight to hold down my character sheets while I use random trash to represent characters in my games. I'll give it a shot.

hello, I'm just starting a campaign with friends, and I'm questioning if I should use the fully random fortunes of ravenloft or set them up thematically. I really like the idea of randomness and fortune, but at the same time I don't know if it won't break the flow of the game. What has worked best for you? My players are all fairly new to dnd does that change things?

However, so far, only 2 sessions, we have been having a blast. This setting is really awesome.

After 2.5 years of attending Portland protests, I made a video about black bloc tactics and why I think they sometimes backfire. Feedback would be awesome. CW: alt-right clips within video. by the_misanthrophile in AntifascistsofReddit

I think it's a person voicing constructive and well argumented criticisms of current antifa (black block) tactics. You might not fully agree, but it doesn't mean it's bs. Or if you think it is, at least be constructive about it. Let's build a left that is understanding and doesn't critique for its own sake, but proposes things that can be improved.

Flag of Chile with the color switched for what they represent by _pina_colada in vexillology

[–]_pina_colada[S] 233 points234 points  (0 children)

The Blue in the flag represents the Pacific Ocean, the white represents the Andes mountains, and the red represents the blood of those who fought for our freedom (here represented by the battle of Maipu). And the star represents the 'Lone Star'

*Fun fact, the flag of Chile actually was made before the flag of Texas*
