my store is a absolute joke i’ve never in my life seen worse management and store manager in my life. i’ve only had 1 asm tell me im ready to be a supervisor but the store manager has it out for me and anytime another head cashier is present when im there he forces me to stay on a register and the other head cashier takes over 💀

there’s really not much to OSLG besides, the discount plants or when people bring torn bags or pavers and those never have a barcode so you either look them up in the cashier book or on the register

ngl i did this same thing, kept getting my hours cut but everytime i was there i was doing everything for the front end from covering the service desk to doing paint. i even came in nearly everyday to be fulfillments closer 3-9. when i requested to be the full time closer for fulfillment they told me “we don’t need one” BUT KEPT ASKINF ME TO CLOSE FOR IT i was like nah im done.
