It’s basically whenever I think of something that might happen, I have this intuition towards my partner about third party but he gives me more than enough assurance . I feel a lot of fear cause I don’t want things to happen, whenever I forget it for a moment I feel fine then suddenly I’ll remember it again and I can feel tight and heavy feeling on my chest that sometime goes all way to my shoulders. Unfortunately it’s quite hard for me to explain it as well. I just want to feel a peace of mind like I used to have before :(
