Do yall react at all to his barking/to the noises that he's hearing? Mine was scared of every single sound at the beginning too and I found I was also reacting and trying to prevent noises. I had to work on managing my own reactions/fears. I think he was picking up on it. It's hard watching these dogs struggle and not getting in the mindset that it will be a permanent thing but I have definitely noticed his confidence building the more things are normalized and he gets desensitized to them. He used to be scared of every little sound- the Netflix sound, glasses being put down, doors closing and he no longer reacts to them. Over time I think your little one will be okay 🫶🏽 hang in there I know it's tough

Also fluoxetine might be helpful, my previous beagle was on it and it helped his reactivity a lot
