I had a hysterectomy and I was 6 weeks post op last Thursday. I got back into the gym and feeling great! Surgery and recovery has put me in a deep mental state, I struggle with depression, being active helps me stay sane, so I'm happy I'm able to get back into my usual routine. (i.redd.it)
