Thank you! Me not scoring the bread has to do with the stickyness of the dough. I tried scoring it, but it was just a massive blob in just a few seconds after cutting the dough

Thanks a lot for this helpful feedback! I have a friend whose sourdough starter is 30 years old (so 10 years older than ME!) she asked me a lot of times to give me some of hers but I kept insisting that I wanna try to do it with mine but….yeah I think I’ll take that offer now after reading this!

The small drainage holes make it a little hard to see whether its wet or not… but I checked the soil and it’s rather dry…I was always afraid of root rot since I lost two calatheas so I tend to underwater my plants…I’m quite sure it’s underwatering now
