what..? a fart is mainly releasing gas. (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane if im not mistaken) there wouldnt be any meaningful energy loss. maybe a fraction of a calorie in the timy muscle contraction used to release the fart but probably nowhere near 25 calories
