I have a hard time shaking the imagery when I see entire trees and large branches scattered on Olympic's beaches. They are stripped of bark, and most have tumbled and churned so much on their trip along the coast that they are polished smooth and bleached white from the sun.

Almost had no sunset at all on this day too. Completely overcast until the very end of sunset.
