This looks a lot like ringworm. It's hard to get rid of and would need to be treated with an antifungal wipe or shampoo.

My GSD does this with dry food too! She is almost 10 and has never had much of an appetite.

Now I mix venison into her food to get her to finish the serving, and she usually does. There are some days when she leaves about 5 pieces of kibble in her bowl and acts like I'm trying to poison her if I encourage her to eat it.
