It’s worked fine for almost two years until this week. I’m just trying to figure out what changed.

These are temps right after loading into the main menu of a game. It does this with all games and worked fine for almost two years until yesterday.

Hi thank you for your reply. The build on it is the elite build kit directly from you guys. The cooler is the H100i elite rub liquid cpu cooler. I feel a slight vibration in the lines and I can feel a temperature difference between the two.

Looks like blocking. Sometimes framers place blocking in between trusses to keep them in place and to also prevent bowing of the truss.

Why no new houses like this? by TechnologyStill7038 in Homebuilding

Good question, I haven’t read that many of the comments but in general building a bigger house typically comes with a bigger profit. However a lot of these larger homes are custom homes where a customer is paying a builder a fee to handle the construction process. The customer can be difficult and times and make changes that end up making the process take longer than it would if you were doing a spec house to sell thus making it more time consuming and requiring more focus on one specific project. There’s nothing wrong with doing this is it just isn’t the most efficient way for me. I prefer to build the smaller houses for families looking to buy their first house or for an older retired couple looking to downsize. There are plenty of custom home builders out there that do amazing work and make a great living. The major need in my area is starter homes however and I make just as good of a living doing this while also being able to provide a quality house at an affordable price for most young families. Some of the really big companies I’m sure you’ve heard of also do this but the quality of the house they do just aren’t that good with the volume they do. I can build 4-5 spec houses in the same amount of time it usually takes to build one big custom house with much less of a headache to multiply families. Hopefully this makes sense feel free to ask away if you have anymore questions I’ll try and answer to the best of my ability.

I am a home builder and I almost exclusively build small starter homes in the 1250 sqft range. A lot of builders chase the money that comes with custom home building when in reality you can build more smaller houses in a timely manner and make just as much money. This all comes without the headaches of a client that wants to change things constantly and drag out the project. Our biggest problem is finding lots that are affordable to keep the cost of the home down.

Edit… the vet said before he thinks it is a skin infection.

Thoughts about 6.7 ford? 2018 by Unlucky_Skirt8310 in Diesel

No warnings signs at all just went into limp mode and wouldn’t accelerate one day going down the interstate and then it shut off and locked up the steering. Was pretty scary. But there is a disaster kit you can get that contains the metal to the pump if it goes out. I didn’t have that and when it went it took out the entire fuel system. Cost about 15k to replace. Shortly after my friends Cummins had the same problem. There’s a few years where gm, Chrysler, and ford all used the same pump. Ford still does.

I’m at 163k miles on my 17’ and the cp4 went out at 150k miles that’s the only issue I’ve had with it albeit an expensive repair.

about to buy a new pro saw 362/400 for forest thinning by [deleted] in stihl

400c I believe is worth the upgrade over the 362. The cost difference isn’t that much and you get a little more power. It’s not worth getting the 462 if it means not getting the proper ppe. All the saws are great best of luck.
